CBT is a psychosocial intervention that focuses on challenges and changing unhelpful cognitive distortions and behaviors, improving emotional regulation and the development of personal coping strategies. It is a solution oriented modality of treatment focusing on the present, and it helps patients become aware of the cognitive process that contribute to their maladaptive behaviors or disturbed mood. DBT is an evidence-based psychotherapy that is most frequently used in treatment of borderline personality disorders, addiction, mood disorders as well as suicidal ideations. The goal of DBT is to change behavioral patterns, unhealthy habits and it is often used in group treatment. SOLUTION -FOCUSED THERAPY is a goal directed collaborative approach. This modality of treatment focuses directly on what patients want to achieve, without exploring the history of the problem. This method is often used for bereavement as well as people looking to see concrete changes in their emotional behavior patterns with a specific time frame in mind.

CRISIS INTERVENTION is also an immediate and short term psychological care aimed at assisting individuals in crisis situation. This specific approach is also used to minimize the impact of a long term psychological trauma. In addition, crisis intervention is also used to prevent people from developing and maintaining poor coping skills while dealing with traumatic experiences and crisis situations.

EMOTION-FOCUSED therapy is a therapeutic approach based on the premise that emotions are key to identity. HYPNOSIS is a state of consciousnesses in which a person is highly responsive to suggestion and direction through hypnotic induction. Through verbal repetition and mental images, hypnotherapy helps achieving and maintaining change in our thinking and behavior.

EMDR is a form of psychotherapy in which a patient is asked to recall distressing images; the therapist then distracts the patient in one type of bilateral sensory input, such as side to side eye movement or hand tapping.
